Kathleen Oldfather, DVM.

Education & Accreditation

Dr. Kathleen Oldfather earned her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Ohio State University and graduated from OSU College of Veterinary Medicine as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 1979. Kathy is an active member of the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association and is licensed to perform Veterinary Medicine by the State of Indiana.

Career History

After graduating, Dr. Oldfather worked under Dr. H.F. Terrill at Manchester Veterinary Clinic (North Manchester, IN). Although she now primarily practices small animal medicine, she originally studied large animal medicine. Her work with Dr. Terrill saw her making farm calls to treat swine and cattle.

Dr. Oldfather's move to Indiana became a permanent one when she met and married her husband, Robert Oldfather. For a time, she practiced part-time for both Dr Stephen Pilgrim, Countryside Veterinary Hospital (Wabash, IN), and Dr. Robert Moore, Companion Animal Hospital (Wabash, IN).

With 30 years of experience, Dr. Oldfather currently practices Small Animal Veterinary Medicine from her home in Miami County, Indiana.
